My children were the first to be enrolled at Heiderscheid. I have never had anything to complain about with the staff, but since the last change in management it is no longer the same. The educators take turns leaving. Before very warm and welcoming, now very cold, haughty and above all hypocritical. I would advise no one to put their children there.

A nursery that is not at all professional, There are accidents with children, parents are not kept informed, in addition educators who are aggressive with children among others, measures are taken just when an action in the ministry or justice is initiated, Children are forgotten at school all alone, which is dangerous and lamentable, End I even think that something should be done regarding many events, When there is a complaint, try to do better and respond to the needs of children and parents and not cover educators all the time with testimonies from nowhere, Children who are afraid to go to daycare have never been seen before! There are things that are serious enough to be overlooked, So this nursery needs to be crossed off the list!
