The staff was friendly but the quick turnover should have been a red flag. Our son did not adapt well to the changes and had trouble managing his emotions. He would sometimes hit or bite as all toddlers do. Instead of addressing the problem in any other way than trying to blame us the director asked us to leave. The staff that actually looked after my child did not seem to know anything about this decision. I have never felt more unwelcome and I never heard of a Crèche abandoning a child like this.

We are very happy with this crèche. The teachers there are very attentive to the needs of every child. Our baby goes there happily every day, she loves her teachers and kids in her group. In the beginning she was a bit shy and very attached to us, and the crèche did everything possible to make her adaptation peaceful and smooth. They are very professional and also in the same time with great love to kids and human touch in everything they do. Also, for us it was important that the kids play outside a lot and this crèche has nice big green playground where in good weather ( any except pouring rain) kids play even several times per day. I definitely can recommend this place!

I am extremely happy with the Tiramisu Nursery Walferdange, the team is extremely careful and aware of any issues with the little ones. In terms of communications, this happens very opnely and in a very straightforward process and regular feedback is provided to parents from more simple from a daily basis to a more complex on regular reviews and on ad-hoc if needed. The team is very consistent on the educational approach making kids feel very secure and taken care and happy during the period spent at Nursery. Also I feel that communication within the structure (from educators to direction) goes very well since usually they are very aware of any updates/changes in kids procedures. There is a regular assessment and active management of kids routines and activities which makes them dynamic and always engaged in new projects for self-development and with meaningful impact in their lives. The Nursery meets the highest standards and criteria required by parents. Estamos muito felizes com esta creche. Os professores estão muito atentos às necessidades de cada criança. Nossa bebê vai lá feliz todos os dias, ela ama seus professores e as crianças de seu grupo. No início ela era um pouco tímida e muito apegada a nós, e a creche fez todo o possível para que sua adaptação fosse tranquila e tranquila. Eles são muito profissionais e ao mesmo tempo com muito amor pelas crianças e toque humano em tudo que fazem. Além disso, para nós era importante que as crianças brincassem muito ao ar livre e esta creche tem um grande parque verde onde, com bom tempo (exceto chuva torrencial), as crianças brincam várias vezes por dia. Eu definitivamente posso recomendar este lugar!

It's been a few years since my son was in this crèche. At that time our son had reflux and intestinal problems so he had to eat a diet without acidic foods. In this daycare they gave them fruits or compotes that did not convince my son. We kindly asked the daycare manager to allow us to bring snacks for the child, but she refused, saying that the child had to adapt to the crèche rules. Also, a woman who was part of the staff made comparisons between my son and other children, insinuating that our son was delayed. It would have been kinder to give us an appointment and express your concerns regarding our son's motor development so that we could take him to the pediatrician. There was a lot of lack of empathy considering that the child had health problems. I hope that now in 2021 they have improved their quality of service.
