Dipl\u00f4m\u00e9e en psychologie, Claire a rejoint le r\u00e9seau Tiramis\u00f9 en 2013 en tant qu\u0092\u00e9ducatrice, puis charg\u00e9e de direction. Dans sa structure, Claire applique les principes de l\u0092\u00e9ducation positive : l\u0092atmosph\u00e8re bienveillante qu\u0092elle y fait vivre favorise la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, la confiance en soi, la curiosit\u00e9, et la socialisation des enfants. Elle exerce son m\u00e9tier autour de valeurs humaines fortes qu\u0092elle aime partager avec son \u00e9quipe afin de garantir une prise en charge de qualit\u00e9 aux enfants.<\/p>\n<p>La p\u00e9dagogie Reggio Emilia<br \/>\nLa p\u00e9dagogie de la cr\u00e8che s\u0092inspire de la d\u00e9marche Reggio Emilia, qui favorise l\u0092apprentissage par la d\u00e9couverte et l\u0092exp\u00e9rimentation, notamment autour de l\u0092Art, du Vivant et de la Nature. Claire et son \u00e9quipe se sont form\u00e9es \u00e0 la p\u00e9dagogie Reggio et adh\u00e8rent pleinement \u00e0 cette approche qui renforce la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 des enfants et le d\u00e9veloppement de leurs talents.
