I am hugely disappointed 😞 I had to terminate my daughter's contract for several reasons: contract signing in the kitchen, adaptation without the parents so the manager hides a lot of important information. The parents pick up the children outside, we were surprised not to be able to come in to pick up our daughter, and tell us that it's because of Covid in 2024! I sign the contract in the kitchen, no office 😟 No meal planning, no activity planning, transmission without transmission notebook, leaving the nursery without a yellow vest, the educators without a blouse or outfit with the nursery logo, I always wait outside to pick up my daughter, sometimes my daughter is the diaper full of pee at 1 p.m. the face with boogers, no response to email bad communication, I haven't seen a cleaning lady in this nursery! My daughter has communication difficulties They treat it as abnormal 😭 be careful before signing the contract because it is very different from other daycare centers they even blocked us on Facebook 🙁because of my thoughts in short I strongly advise against this daycare center, the prices are more expensive for nothing the educators are nice but not enough experience and what's more it's very old inside
