Présentation

European Schools are official educational establishments created jointly by the governments of the European Union member states and the EU institutions.

These schools emphasize multilingual and multicultural teaching at the nursery, primary and secondary school levels in order to address the needs of children from families associated with the EU institutions.

The mission of all European Schools focuses on the students :

« Students learning together, from the youngest age freed from prejudices that divide, initiated into the beauty and values of diverse cultures, will become aware of the solidarity that binds them. While holding on to the love and pride for their own countries, they will also develop the larger spirit of Europeans. They will be prepared to continue the work of previous generations in achieving a unified and prosperous Europe. »

Each European school is comprised of different language sections that offer instruction in one of the official languages of the European Union. By conducting lessons in the student’s mother tongue, the school ensures the development and proficiency of their dominant language.

In order to reinforce the unity of the school and present a truly multicultural education, the school also places a high priority on using foreign languages and recognizing European spirit across language sections. The curriculum includes classes and projects for each grade level that can be shared across language sections.

Fundamentally, the respect for personal morals and beliefs is vital to each European school.

Structures are in place to provide differentiated education to help include students with special educational needs.

Really dissapointing experience with the school management. My complaints about seroius issues concerning staff were dismissed without any investigation. And as I later learnt, I was not the only one who's experienced this. I transferred my child to another school, as this was the only option offered- they don't want to acknowledge there are problems, they do not listen to children or their parents and they simply do not care about the standards they should meet. Unacceptable!

Terrible school. Liberal school forcing kids to learn about lgbtq and force them to be opened to everything and getting punished if they have a different opinion ! They don’t accept different opinions, this means we don’t live in a democracy…

School does not allow children to use mobile phones or any kind of communication devices while on trip. They also do not convey information in sufficient manner, pictures are also a no go. School's policy on trips should be changed and parents' requests taken into account. Till then it is 1 star from me. Advice to management: change things to better or you will be forced to change.

Had I known how poorly organized and indifferent the direction were, I never would've sent my daughter here. It must be the worst school in the country. A completely chaotic mess.

a friend of mine who has epilepsy in constantly medically neglected and his teachers rely on his THIRTEEN YEAR OLD FRIEND to help him. There was literally a meeting with the nurse that basically depended on this kid's LIFE and only ONE out of SEVEN teachers showed up. I used to be physhically pushed to the ground and beaten on my back on multiple occasions because a religious girl found me weird and she never took any real responsibility for it. Some 16-17 year old boy bumped into a 13 year old, insulted him, and when the 13 year old insulted him back he BROKE HIS ARM IN A FIGHT. AND ONLY GOT SUSPENDED FOR ONE SINGULAR DAY. Just dont send your kids here
